Do you ship internationally?
At this time shipping is only available in the U.S. and Canada. Please stay tuned for any changes that may occur in the future.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Currently, we use USPS Priority Shipping, so your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. Feel free to reach out with any concerns that may arise.

How can I track my order?
We currently use USPS Priority Shipping which automatically comes with a tracking number just for your convenience.

What is your return/exchange policy?
At this time we only accept size related exchanges and returns on our apparel. If you have any sizing issues with our apparel, please email jusocreations@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Make sure to include the new size that you need in your email.
We will be happy to provide you with an exchange or refund if we do not have the appropriate size for you. Please make sure if you are sending a return that your item is clean or else we cannot guarantee a full refund.
You will receive a 100% refund so long as your return is clean and postmarked within 14 business days.
There are no returns or exchanges for accessories.

Just So Splendid Creations does not currently have a physical location.
